Placing Orders

When you place an order through our website, you are making an offer to purchase products subject to these Terms and Conditions. All orders are subject to availability and our acceptance.

We may refuse or limit any order for any reason, including if the product is unavailable, there are errors in the product or pricing information, or we suspect fraudulent activity.

Pricing and Payment

All prices are shown in US dollars. We reserve the right to adjust prices at any time, but changes will not affect orders already accepted.

Payment is processed at the time of order. By providing payment information, you represent that you are authorized to use the payment method.

Order Processing and Shipping

Orders are processed within 1-2 business days. We offer two shipping options:

• Standard Shipping ($12.95): Shipped via DHL or FedEx. Delivery within 10-15 business days after leaving our warehouse.
• Free Shipping: Available for orders over $50, shipped via EMS. Delivery within 15-25 business days after shipment.

Your satisfaction is our priority. Most items can be returned or exchanged within 15 days of receipt, provided they are:

• In original, unused, and unassembled condition
• In the original packaging with all tags, parts, and documentation

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are final sale unless defective or damaged:

• Detail parts (once package is opened)
• Used tools, paints, adhesives, or other consumable supplies
• Opened software or digital products with activated license keys

Return Process

To initiate a return or exchange:

1. Contact our customer service at [email protected] within 15 days of receipt
2. Include your order number and reason for return
3. Wait for authorization and RMA number
4. Package item securely with original packaging and documentation
5. Ship to the address provided with your RMA

Original shipping fees are non-refundable. For exchanges, we cover standard shipping for the replacement item.

Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days after we receive and inspect returned items, issued to the original payment method.

Defective or Damaged Items

If your item arrives defective or damaged, contact us immediately at [email protected]. We will send a replacement at no additional cost and provide a prepaid shipping label for return of the damaged item.
